Terms of Service
Version 1.3 · effective 10 August 2026
These terms apply to the use of the Finstri Pensionplanner. The tool helps you understand Dutch pension fiscal space and related pension concepts.
This text is available in Dutch and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.
Who we are

Informational tool, not advice
The Pensionplanner provides indicative calculations and educational information. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, pension, or insurance advice and is not advice within the meaning of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act. No rights can be derived from its outputs.
AI components
Documents are parsed, and the optional pension guidance is written, with the help of an AI model. AI can misread amounts or draw incomplete conclusions. Always check parsed values against the original document, and treat AI output as a starting point for a conversation with an advisor, never as a decision.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter or upload. Before making a financial or tax decision, consult a qualified advisor, the Dutch tax authority, or your pension provider.
Access and accounts
Access to the extended tool may be limited to approved users, organisations, or domains. You keep your credentials confidential and do not share access with unauthorised persons. We may suspend or withdraw access in case of misuse or a reasonable suspicion of misuse.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape or overload the tool, circumvent security measures, access other people's data, or use the tool in a way that breaches the law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The tool, its calculation methodology, design, texts, data models, and underlying software belong to the rights holders and are protected by copyright, database, and other intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works requires prior written permission. You may of course use the tool for your own pension planning and download and share the report with your own advisor.
Confidentiality
Demo materials, methodology, product design, pricing, workflows, and strategic information shared through the service may be confidential and may not be copied, disclosed, or used outside the permitted purpose without written permission.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Fiscal parameters, calculation methods, interface flows, and availability may change over time. Changes to these terms are published on this page under a new version number; for material changes we ask you to accept again at your next sign-in.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is. We aim to keep calculations and content reliable, but do not warrant that the service is complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, losses, or decisions arising from use of the tool, from unavailability, from incorrect input, or from reliance on indicative outputs. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or wilful recklessness on our part, nor to the extent mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of the tool. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
